Candidatul Ideal
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in client management or a related role, with at least 5 years focused on German clients, preferably in Utility retail.
- Strong knowledge of Utility Retail Business.
- Fluent in German (written and spoken).
- Proven success in building client relationships and driving satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.

- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Client ︃︁︃︈︃︂︅︃Satisfaction and Retention: Develop strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, and proactively address client concerns.
- Business Development: Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling opportunities and participate in business expansion initiatives.
- Service Delivery Oversight: Lead the client services team to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
- Strategic Planning: Align client services with business goals and adapt offerings based on market trends.
- Client Communication: Present the value of our products and services effectively to clients.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the client services team, promoting a culture of accountability and growth.
- Data Analysis: Analyze client feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Oversee the budget for client services operations to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Expected Results:
- Effective management of costs and budget adherence.
- Growth in the sales pipeline and new business opportunities.
- Increased revenue from existing clients and new business.
