Junior IT Asset Management (m/f/d)

• 1 year of professional experience in IT asset management, licensing, and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• Very good analytical skills and attention to details.
• Knowledge of software licensing models
• Ability to work independently and autonomously as well as being a team player.
• You have excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

• Asset Optimization: Provide expert advice to optimize asset value, control costs, and meet regulatory and contractual requirements.

• Licensing Guidance: Advise on licensing modules, ensuring compliance and efficient utilization of software assets.
• Integration: Collaborate with security, change, and configuration management teams to seamlessly integrate asset management processes.
• Approval and Resolution: Approve authorized assets and address issues related to unauthorized assets, mitigating risks.
• Coordination and Monitoring: Manage IT assets, coordinating changes and monitoring their lifecycle.
• Licensing Audits: Support IT licensing audits, maintaining accurate records and transparency.
• Compliance Transparency: Ensure transparency regarding asset compliance, reporting discrepancies and improvements.
• RFP/RFI Support: Assist in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
