Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
3 years of experience as a Support Engineer or similar role;
2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure and AD, Office 365 and Share Point administration;
2 years of experience administering servers, storage and network equipments;
5 years of experience using Windows environments;
Experience with and knowledge of application, operating systems and server solutions (Windows, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Active Directory, IIS, AD, cPanel, Azure Web App Service, Power Apps);
Familiarity with administration, performance tuning, and system monitoring;
Good written and spoken English;
Good time-management skills;
Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives;
Able to prioritize and work within tight time scales to meet deadlines;
Good communication skills.

Evaluation of current systems and the identification of potential improvements regarding increases in efficiency and effectiveness;
Responsible to manage ︃︁︄︇︄︇︁︇︇hand over process for IT equipment, software and accessories to/from end users;
Responsible for IT assets inventory, maintained, upgraded, and eventually disposed of properly at the end of its life cycle;
Installation, configuration, improvement and monitoring the IT systems and the implications that their usage has on the business;
Determine issues with the IT systems and business application, computers and peripherals, remote access and VPN configuration. Identification of potential issues for users;
Collaboration with end users, suppliers, and stakeholders with a focus on continuous improvement;
Integration of new IT systems, peripherals and videoconference systems within existing infrastructures, emphasising advantages, and minimising disruption;
Maintain operating systems, physical systems, and installed systems with system management tools
Manage purchasing process for IT equipments, softwares and accessories;
Communication of performance levels to senior management, often via presentations or reports;
Communicating effectively with IT support staff to ensure the setup process runs smoothly.
