Candidatul Ideal
Objective of the role: Work alongside engineers and lawyers to support customers in their application for IP registration and advisory in copy rights matters. The role will be covering assistance and administration type of activities that will facilitate engineers in their activity to review, advise, apply for IP registration on behalf of customers.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in general administration, project management or finance support type of roles;
- 2+ years of experience in working within insurance or banking environment, preferred
- great collaboration and communication skills;
- good coordination of tasks, attention to details, good work ethics in keeping commitments and deadlines;
- good command of Microsoft package suite and other software preferred;
- French - advanced level;
- English - intermediate level.

- assembling documentation & typing application letters;
- preparing the filing of patent applications;
- responsible for creating ︃︁︆︈︂︂︀︈and editing letters and correspondence with customers and French authorities;
- ensure document traceability and proper document management and archiving;
- manage, track and invoice costs incurred with preparation, consultation, legal fees in the process of customers acquiring the patent application;
- perform digital applications of the files in the name of end customers to the IP European and local authorities;
- utilize company and industry specific software and to ensure correct document and data management and retention.
