•Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master's degree in Human Resources Management or related with a graduation date no later than August 2025
•Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience)

•Flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region during the program

•Program duration: Two years
•Rotations: Two unique twelve-month assignments
•HR functions: HR Systems, HR Generalist and HR Business Partner roles ︁︈​︂︂︁​︁︂​︆︁– depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
•Locations: Two different countries in the EMEA region
•Career path: Preparation for future leadership roles (e.g. HR Business Partner, HR Director)

As we have closed the recruitment for the 2024 intake of our Human Resources Early Talent Leadership Development Program, we are inviting those graduating before September 2025 to pre-register for our next intake. Once we open the recruitment for it (around January-February 2025), we will notify everyone pre-registered via email.
Our main base locations for the roles are Hungary, France, Ireland, the Netherlands.
