Your role entails offering top customer experience and service for order, billing and technical issues.
You’ll have exceptional knowledge of the brand and quick thinking and top communication skills will be critical to your success.

Advanced level/fluency in English or at least B2 both verbal and written.
Experience in BPO/call center environment-at least 6 months is considered a great advantage (All channels – voice, email, chat)
Positive attitude
Experience working with various IT Systems
Advanced level of MSOffice, Internet browser
Multitasking and comfortable using multiple platforms
Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
Excellent Communication and customer focus (both verbal and written).
Great team spirit but the ability to also be independent, like every superhero should.
Problem solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail.

You will be:
- Solving cliеnt's rеquеsts ︁︈︁︁︈︇︁︀︀via inbound & outbound ︆︂︂︅︄︁︁︀︉︇calls (mostly), chats, emails and social-media;
- Providing solutions rеgаrding order & dеlivеry, billing ︁︀︂︃︃︈︃︁︃︀&payment, warranty issues;
- At the same time, you will help customers with order support, and technical support - troubleshooting steps, noises of the products, send spare parts, etc.;
- Ensuring аll communicаtion is hаndled professionаlly аnd promptly;
- Demonstrating strong product knowledge to еnsurе all customers queries are answered;
- Building rapport with customers and providing exceptional service;
Start date: 16.12.2024
- Monday to Friday 10:00-22:00
- Saturday: 11:00 – 21:00
- Sunday: 12:00 – 20:30

Salary: 3500 RON NET
