What do we expect from our future colleague:
- 1-3 years of experience - relevant field would be preferable;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a connecting area of study would be a plus;
- English & Hungarian skills are mandatory;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Ability to interact with multiple departments and flexibility to intercultural teams;
- Good prioritizing ability and used to operating difficult moments;
- Proactive and open-minded attitude towards new challenges with an agile approach;
Descrierea jobului
The main purpose of the job is to manage business ︁︈︁︁︉︁︂︄︅︂contracts, including purchasing, sales, and non-commodity contracts. You will act as liaison between internal business parties and external vendors and suppliers, making sure that conditions are accurately detailed and followed through. Also, you will ensure compliance with legal requirements, analyze potential risks and maintain organized records.
This will be done through the following activities:
- Handling automation exceptions and keeping contract tracking database up to date;
- Commercial contract writing from templates, sending to partners (new deals, modifications);
- Tracking special agreements with key partners, pricing future, premium and provisional contracts;
- Registering master data (vendors and customers), including the collaboration with delivery partners (Cargus & DHL);
- Registering prices, discounts, and rebates for food area (SAP/ ZRSP). Monthly/ quarterly oil ration maintenance.
