Continuous Improvement Expert

• Sparring partner for the plant manager on strategic issues (vision, strategy deployment via Hoshin Kanri, value stream design, shopfloor ︃​︁︄︇​︈︆​︂︄︆management)
• Coaching plant managers (division managers, segment managers, etc.) in lean principles and store floor management.
• Organizing and leading KAIZEN trainings and workshops in the plant, as well as ensuring the sustainable implementation of the learned principles and methods by the divisions
• Supporting the global SOPEX organization in cross-functional, global projects as well as the continuous development of the global production system & standards
• High comprehension skills and a good understanding of numbers and KPIs, especially in the production environment
• Hands-on mentality and proactively driving change
• Assertiveness and confidence in dealing with resistance
• Hypothesis-driven and structured work
• High communication skills (from plant managers to production employees) and initiative in approaching them
• Several years of professional or management experience in the field of lean management or lean manufacturing
• Sound knowledge of lean management methods (5S, shopfloor management, PDCA, value stream mapping, etc.) and principles (disturbance free, flow, rhythm, pull)
