Candidatul Ideal
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse lead role
• Previous experience with maintenance of lifting and/or construction equipment will be considered an advantage
• Hands-on experience with ERP/warehouse management systems
• Fluent in both Romanian and English; Bulgarian language will be considered an advantage
• Strong understanding of customer service practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with strong leadership abilities
• Good time management and multitasking skills
Descrierea jobului
• Oversees the coordination of day-to-day activities related to the delivery, return, and maintenance of all equipment
• ︃︁︃︉︂︃︄︁︂︄Ensures proper storage and maintenance of all equipment in compliance with Romania’s laws and regulations (licenses, inspections, user manuals, etc.)
• Ensures each piece of equipment is thoroughly inspected and in sound condition before handing it over to the customer, providing necessary safety and usage instructions
• Manages the documentation for all equipment movements
• Conducts regular inventory checks and ensures that the actual status of all equipment is correctly documented in the ERP system
• Coordinates transfer orders between warehouses and processes purchase requests for spare parts and consumables
• Ensures that returned equipment is properly counted, inspected, and verified within specified deadlines
• Maintains warehouse documentation (equipment inspection records, transfer documents, warehouse receipts, inventory checks, etc.)
• Manages the team of warehouse workers, setting priorities and ensuring that tasks are performed to the expected quality and within the required timeframes
• Performs other tasks assigned by the management team
