Treasury Officer

• Completed superior education in Economics
• At least 3 years experience in working with banking institutions and in the Treasury Department;
• Competency in MS Office applications (excellent Excel skills; Power Point);
• At least average level of English (spoken and written);
• Strong analysis skills as well as excellent time management and organizational skills;
• Team-player with a pro-active approach;
• Basic accounting experience;

• Responsibility for a wide group of entities based in Romania;
• Overall management of the cash accounts, payments and transactions; ︁︈​︁︁︉​︁︀︈​︂︃︃
• Checking approved payments, inserting them in the payment system;
• Checking that the payments were executed;
• Providing supporting documentation related to banking transactions to other departments (accounting, customer service);
• Filling in bank forms and sending supporting documents requested by the bank;
• Performing currency exchanges;
• Checking the bank balances of the companies, estimating cash needs and requesting funds from shareholders according to the existing loans;
• Checking that the data related to loans and if are recorded correctly in the internal software (disbursements, repayments, limits);
• Preparing the documentation for changing signature rights for any of the group companies;
• Checking payment statements and requests;
• Answering to questions from the bank representatives;
