Our client aims to strengthen the treasury team and has started a recruitment and selection process for the Treasury Analyst ︃︁︃︆︂︆︁︅︆role.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the company’s cash flow and supplier payments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a solid understanding of financial operations.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the company’s cash flow and supplier payments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a solid understanding of financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly Cash Flow Analysis: Perform monthly cash flow analysis by comparing actual performance against the budget and identifying variances.
- Cash Flow Forecasting: Update the cash flow forecast on a rolling 6-month basis, incorporating estimated future payments and collections.
- Supplier Payments: Manage payments to both goods and service suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Issuing Promissory Notes: Prepare and issue promissory notes (Bilete la ordin) as required for supplier payments.
- Invoice Allocation in ERP: Allocate discount invoices issued by goods suppliers within the ERP system, ensuring correct financial records.
- Prepayment Allocation: Accurately allocate advance payments to corresponding supplier invoices for goods.
- Financial Discount Calculation: Perform the Ico monthly calculation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate additional reports and analyses as requested by the Treasury Manager to support strategic decision-making.
