Experience:

5+ years of experience in logistics planning, supply chain management, or a similar role.

Skills:

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in data analysis and logistics reporting.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements

As Transport Planner/ team lead :
Will Lead the team, plans and optimizes loads in accordance with pickup schedule, filling ︁︈​︂︂︁​︁︂​︆︁rates & customers requirements;
Analyses and treat anomalies;
Organizes the transportation & logistcis according to the needs;
Ensures the availability & compliance of all transport, billing & Customs documents;
Monitors the execution of deliveries to ensure compliance with the delivery timescales;
Proactively alerts the relevant partners in case of any event, delay or failure regarding the service commitment and engages in the search for a solution to the customer;
Applies corrective actions in the relevant applications;
Informs and follows up with the relevant partners;
Applies current methods and work instructions;
Contributes to continuous improvement to enhance works methods, results and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary:
The Logistics Planner/ Team lead will be responsible for designing and implementing logistics planning that ensure the timely and cost-effective pick-up schedule for the business. This role involves planning transportation routes, managing inventory, optimizing warehouse/site operations, and coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. The Logistics Planner must ensure all logistics processes align with company goals and comply with regulatory requirements.
