We're looking for a Junior Tester for the Marketing department on one of our clients (Winbet), a company in the ︃​︁︆​︂︀︃​︂︇online gambling industry.

Requirements:

• ︎︇︂︈︄︌︀︈​︂︆︄︃​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎Experience in digital
• Good understanding of digital tools
• Experience in gambling industry considered a plus
• Knowledge of slot games
• Technical skills
• Ability to manage multiple activities and work independently
• English fluent
• Advanced analytical capabilities

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of high quality test cases to prove the functional and non-functional requirements are met with the solution.
• Analyze requirements and prepare test plans and scenarios.
• Execute functional testing on platform
• Weekly / Monthly Testing of new Casino Games in Staging and current ones on Production Environment
• Log, assign and keep track of issues
• Communicate effectively with external and internal teams
• Monitor live issues channel and report / communicate issues
• Sign off on new features and functionality
• Enjoys exploratory testing

Platform testing:

• Analyzing and checking website content, urls and promotion’s functionalities.
• Reports all the malfunctions and errors of the platform from player’s experience journey.
• Checking direct marketing communication (in site, emails, SMS) and report malfunctions or errors.
• Testing bonuses, tournaments and other marketing tools on the platform.
• Creating tickets in Jira (for programmers).

User experience:

• Testing and analyzing customer journey: registration process, login process, customer journey on the profile and on the platform. Reporting and propose optimizations.
• Checking website content: classification of games according to category, reporting issues or inadvertences.

Competition research:

• Competition research periodically, by analyzing competitor’s promotions and reporting. Market research on competition’s advertising online and offline.
• Conducting mystery user research on competition (creating players accounts and following their CRM communication and promotions).
• Creating and updating monthly competition report.
