Descrierea jobului
- distributes the relevant information and bid requirement, preparing table of contents and discloses it to the departments involved in the tender process (Technical, Legal, Quality, Safety, Finance, Purchasing, etc) and provide support monitoring the bid process to assure that all inputs/actions are provided on time.
- organize and prepares the tender dossiers (filling in required pre-qualification forms, etc.)
- collects all input, documentation, and approvals necessary for the bid assembly and submission.
project managing the tender process from the publishing on national electronic system for private and public acquisitions (SEAP) / RFQ until proposal submittal.
- liaising with all company departments during tendering processes for tender clarifications and updates.
- reviewing, implementing and continuously drive improvements in our bid processes.
- monitors the bureaucratic accomplishments defined in the existing contracts and, coordinating with the other departments, maintains the documentation up to date.
