What You Bring:


Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field sets the stage for success in this role.
Experience: Prior experience in sourcing, ideally 1 - 2 years.
Organizational Prowess: Strong organizational skills coupled with keen attention to detail ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Communication Skills: Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable seamless collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
Tech Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems keep you ahead of the curve.
Team Player: You thrive both independently and as part of a team, even amidst the fast-paced environment of talent acquisition.
Language Abilities: Fluency in English is a must, while knowledge of Italian, French, or Dutch would be advantageous, though not mandatory.

What You'll Do:



Supportive Administration: Assist the Talent Acquisition Partner with administrative tasks, including interview scheduling, job postings management, and applicant tracking system maintenance, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Strategic Sourcing: Dive into sourcing activities across various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to identify top-notch candidates who align with our company's vision and values.
Deep Dive into Roles: Develop a profound understanding of our business and the roles you're recruiting for, enabling us to attract and retain the finest talent in the industry.
Relationship Building: Forge meaningful relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
Process Enhancement: Contribute your insights to enhance our recruitment processes and procedures, driving efficiency and effectiveness in our hiring endeavors.
