Senior Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in agency recruitment, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, and be highly motivated to drive the recruitment process from start to finish. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent across various industries while collaborating closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs.

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build ︃​︁︂︈​︂︀︁​︂︀︇and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and job specifications.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Performance Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters, sharing best practices and contributing to their professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
