Candidatul Ideal
• University degree Economics, Finance, Accountancy;
• 6+ years of professional experience;
• Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns;
• Solid knowledge of taxation processes and policies, and a solid understanding of local taxation legislation;
• Good communication skills on English - both spoken and written;
• Excellent computer knowledge plus ability to work with accounting ERP’s;
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage;
• Problem solving skills;
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills;
• Project management skills;
• Membership or student with relevant professional bodies CEECAR, CAFR, Fiscal Consultant, ACCA is a plus.

• Assist team in sales meetings, build the customised ︁︈︂︂︆︁︀︄︃︀solution for the clients;
• Manage the implementation of new clients;
• Preparation of the accounting and tax compliance evidence in accordance with the applicable Romanian accounting and tax regulations, preparation of specific management reports according to the client group requirements, local compliance, etc.);
• Prepare and review the deliverables (accounting records, tax returns, group reporting, etc.);
• Establish and maintain relationship with client management;
• Implements working procedures for tax issues for assigned clients;
• Active participation in ad-hoc professional projects, including clients on-site projects;
• Coordination of client audits, liaising with auditors;
• Representing clients in tax audits;
• Providing daily technical assistance and on-the-job training to junior colleagues;
• Continually learn, share knowledge with other team members;
• Managing performance and identifying opportunities to improve our products and processes.
