Candidatul Ideal
At least 5 years overall accounting experience. Exposure to project-based activity, with multiple stakeholders, will be an asset.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and VAT regulations.
Proficiency working in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Capable of meeting tight deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in English.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of 3rd party supplier invoices and of employee expense claims in the ERP.
︁︈︁︈︈︉︁︂︂︃Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, utilizing purchasing and subcontract modules in the ERP.
Follow approval and processing of subcontractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with signed agreements.
Assist with Month-end reports & closing activities.
Identify potential financial risks and analyze them with the project team.
Monitor and enforce internal controls.
