License: A valid driving license is essential.

Descrierea jobului
Steering/supervising/developing the sales and marketing department.
Adhering to sales budgets and targets.
Guiding the sales team in meeting their goals.
︁︈︂︂︆︁︀︄︃︀Creating a challenging environment which pushes the team to constantly aim for improvements.
Manages and coordinates all marketing activity
Monitor the performance of the account owners. Guide their activities and priorities.
Preparation of weekly / monthly / annual reports.
Monitor the AO’s forecasting performance. Guide them to achieve a high ratio of forecast vs actual.
Use of BU Analyzer to identify the best paying cargo and guide the sales team in their activities.
Checking daily vessel’s schedule/eta cst.
Coordinate with cargo flow, trade management and customer service the allocation and possible roll overs.
Conduct sales meetings as per established guide lines
