Sales & Account Manager

• Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, with demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in lighting, electrical, or technology sales is an advantage.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required; technical background in Electronics or Engineering is a plus.
• Languages: English proficiency (B2/C1) is mandatory; knowledge of German or French is a valuable asset.

• Valid B category driver’s license.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client portfolio, driving business growth and revenue.
• Build and maintain ︁︈​︂︂︆​︈︂​︉︀strong relationships with existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact for key business executives and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients and internal cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, reporting progress and insights to top management.
• Manage projects effectively, consistently exceeding customer expectations while adhering to both Greentek and client procedures.
• Work closely with Project Mangers to monitor implementation procedures, identifying potential schedule slippage or budget overruns, and proactively initiate corrective actions.
• Address technical issues alongside on-site teams and the technical department, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
• Provide structured and insightful feedback and communicate relevant business information.
• Prepare and present progress reports, ensuring stakeholders are informed at every stage.
• Review and approve work progress reports to ensure deliverables are met at the highest standard.
