Location: Brasov, Sibiu, Tg. Mures, Miercurea Ciuc, Sf. Gheorghe


We expect from you:
  • 2+ years sales experience in the region, preferably in the oil&gas and/or ︄︎︆︄︌︃︆︈​︄️︍︄​︁︁︎︎​︋︋︃︀​︅︊︃︄︁︄︆︀︄︉︁︇transport&logisitc
  • Pipeline management knowledge would be a plus
  • Proficiency in Romanian and English at an intermediate level or above is required
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and present convincing arguments
  • Effective negotiator with competent oral and written communication skills, ability to create raport with customers
  • Highly proactive, systematic, and organized in work
  • Proficient in working with CRM-systems and MS Office
  • Strong desire to develop, with a focus on results and goals
  • Possession of a B category driver's license

Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting the market in the region
  • Cold calling to set up appointments with prospective customers
  • Visits with prospects ︁︈​︁︉︁​︂︀︀​︁︁︄and clients in the region
  • Aquiring new business
  • Account management on aquired customers
  • Keeping updated information about leads, prospects and customers
  • Reporting on activity and results
