• University degree in Engineering, Economics or relevant areas
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced level of English
• Good knowledge of ERP programs (SAP)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of Logistics Applications &Tools

• Responsible for sourcing activities of Indirect and Investment, Direct, Logistics and Automotive categories that are managed at regional level.

• Participate in strategic sourcing projects with related business parties and support Regional Procurement Team Leader
• Deliver high quality sourcing activities on a day-to-day basis according to defined process flows, procedures, respecting quality, quantity, and timing.
• Perform the tasks of strategic sourcing processes (e.g. spend analysis, market analysis, category sourcing strategy development, RFx processing, contract management & monitoring, price & risk management, etc.) by timely completion in the light of strategic & tactical category management principles at regions.
• Conducting analysis and benchmarking regarding costs, supplier performance and risk management.
• Interact with other related Procurement units mainly category managers regarding category sourcing and CoE regarding supplier management related activities.
• Timely respond the requests generated from the owner of the purchase requisitions and processing inquiries.
• Interact with Requestors/Suppliers/Third Parties/SSC based on the related requests and required tasks to be executed at regional level.
• Responsible for Local Procurement Associate’s tasks.
• Monitor related reports & KPIs that are under responsibility and take corrective actions proactively for unachieved goals.
• Execute & complete the tasks assigned by Regional Procurement Team Leader on time and at expected quality.
• Supports category sourcing activities & tasks at regional level.
