Descrierea jobului
• You will be responsible to action at local level in accordance with local & central Elpreco procedures, under ︁︃︅︉︂︀︅︁︈︂ROMCIM guidance policy.
• You will manage the relationship with the suppliers (following the quality assurance procedures in place) and requesters relevant to their scope of work.
• You will be responsible for the execution of Request for Quotation and price, Contracting activities and Purchase order activities.
Main responsibilities:
- You will partner within other resources within the organization to improve our efficiency and effectiveness at reaching requesters needs with the products needed for production lines.
- You will work with internal requesters and management and externally with suppliers to resolve commercial and supply activity, ensuring compliance with procurement procedure.
- You'll drive cost savings projects to support our annual profit targets and encourage supplier resourcing of initiatives and projects.
- You will be responsible for in time/ in scope/ in budgets contracting (including Ariba), purchase order processes and addressing discrepancies which are in Procurement Scope.
- You will give input related to specific Category Budgets.
- You will contribute to the implementation of the Local Purchasing strategy, and you will be responsible for accomplishment of defined objectives and KPIs.
- You will be responsible to identify and propose mitigation actions for Supply Continuity Risk.
- You will be responsible for the Supplier Relationship Management for delegated vendors and for performing the yearly supplier evaluations for delegated vendors.
- You will give proposals for local initiatives for reducing costs, while mitigating proactive risks related to business continuity and any HSE risk. Position within the company:
- Expert Buyer will report to Procurement Business Partner Elpreco.
