Order Fulfillment Planner, Cluj-Napoca

We are looking for a bright and dedicated Order Fulfillment Planner to join our team and contribute to the production ︃︁︃︈︁︁︈︁︉︄of pressure, level and temperature sensors. Your primary responsiblity is for scheduling orders in accordance with the customer request and current material & capacity availability.
In this role, your responsibilities will be:
* Run release report to identify potential delays and work with Supply Chain to prevent the delay at the order level or re-schedule based on the new material availability date.
* Re-schedule overdue orders.
* Run other reports and updates back to back lines.
* Work with the Manufacturing Execution Coordinators to plan, maintain and deliver Tier 2+ projects.
* Advise the sales offices of a customer delay.
* Expedite orders as per the customer request.
* Look for improvement opportunities and works with other partners to implement them.
For this role, you will need:
* proven experience in an administrative role.
* Proficiency in English.
* PC skills using MS office.
* Knowledge and experience in using ERP/MRP systems is a plus. We use Oracle.
