Logistics & Accounting Assistant

We are looking for a Logistics & Accounting Assistant with a can-do attitude and creative problem-solving skills to join our ︀︈︊︉︀︂︈︋​︂︊︍️​︁︁︎︍​︉︀️︌​︄︎︉︇︍︍︍︂︊︎︀︇team. Responsibilities
• Prepare and submit invoices to our customers;
• Enter data accurately into our systems;
• Maintain and update ︁︈​︁︁︈​︁︉︃​︂︂︃︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︇​︁︂︈records, ensuring data integrity;
• Process weekly driver pay;
• Correspond with Customers to address inquiries and resolve billing issues;
• Update equipment maintenance records in our system.

Knowledge and Qualifications
• Deadline-Oriented, Time Management and Data Entry Management;
• Highly proficient in Excel and Word applications;
• Ability to problem-solve and take initiative to resolve issues;
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English;
• Exceptional follow-through skills;
• Experience is not required as we provide paid training.

Please note that working hrs are on weekdays between 13.00 and 21.00.
Salary will vary depending on experience.
