We are currently looking for Junior HR Specialist/Trainer.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- experience as a Store Manager for at least two years,
- you are able to pass on knowledge to others,
- you are able to conduct trainings/presentations in a group (on-site, in-store, on-line),
- you are willing to work remotely and travel (business trips to Stores)
- you are very good at organising your own work,
- you have communication skills and openness to contact with people,
- you have communicative level of English.

WHAT OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS LOOKS LIKE?

Step.3 A trial training course to demonstrate your skills.

- collaborate regularly with the Store Managers in the area of training and recruitment in a dedicated Region, ︃︁︄︄︁︀︀︂︅︂
- collaborate regularly with Area Managers in a dedicated Region – identify trainings/HR needs, discuss challenges,
- support Store Managers in store recruitment, add recruitment ads and look for new sources of recruitment,
- conduct interesting, engaging and effective training courses using modern tools,
- raising the level of knowledge and competences of training participants,
- give feedback to training participants on development tasks,
- monitoring development of competences of training participants,
- test the effectiveness of training processes,
- do research training needs.
