Junior/assistant Marketing Manager

Ideal candidate:
Education: University/University of Applied Sciences degree in MarketingWork experience: 2 years in Marketing, ideally in Food/Beverage;
Ideally out-of-home trade/customer marketing experience or then knowledge of OOH from working in the hospitality industry (customer-side);
Experience in working with external stakeholders (agencies, customers);
Language skills: Fluent English (spoken & written);
Excited to be part of an international marketing team with close cooperation & alignment, but able to manage projects independently for the local market;
Able to think strategically, conceptually, and entrepreneurially;
Results-oriented and hands-on attitude;
Creative thinker and willing to question the status quo;
Structured & organized way of working;
Experienced with MS Office.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for brand and trade marketing in Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary;
Localize brand toolkits and other marketing materials;
Develop ︃​︁︃︅​︁︈︄​︁︉︅local marketing plans incl. tools and initiatives in close cooperation with the Regional Marketing and sales teams;
Implement and monitor marketing execution at the point of sale and identify and leverage optimization opportunities (Note: this includes improving existing & developing completely new POSM);
Follow up local digital marketing strategy;
Develop marketing programming in existing business channels as well as new channels;
Work closely together with regional and local internal teams as well as with external stakeholders (e.g. agencies, customers).
