Previous proven experience working in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality environment, with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience
Certification from a recognized bar training program is highly desirable.
Good knowledge about wines and spirits, food, and afternoon tea concept
Knowledge of operating Micros and the P.O.S. system
Good level of written and spoken English.
Keen understanding of luxury service protocols and grooming standards.
