High Voltage PVT Engineer Craiova

Roles& responsibilities:
- The post holder must be an example and a model for all our values, behaviours and corporate initiatives to improve the activity.
- He is responsible to maintain and troubleshoot high voltage electrical systems.
- He should have a strong background in electrical engineering and possess in-depth knowledge of high voltage systems.
- He will implement together with the team process monitoring and control system. Has general knowledge about the processes carried out in the department and will perform engineering activities depending on the operational requirements.
- Will carry out his activity and provide support throughout the department
- He will coordinate High Voltage quality issues for Craiova plant products.
- He will identify as early as possible quality issues based on QSAR having G8D approach together with STA & process engineers for vehicles built in Craiova plant.
- He will identify root cause and he will implement corrective actions (ICA). He will actively participate in VRT process to sustain GQIP.
- He needs to support PD groups to develop and validate Permanent Corrective Actions to permanently improve the quality of the products.
As member of VRT, he will develop quality issue resolution tracking it in BSAQ projects.
He asks for support from upper leadership levels to develop and fulfil the Quality objectives.
He will assure permanently support to reach internal Quality targets (EOL), FCPA & FRC of production.
He will work jointly with process engineers on Health & Safety and cost reduction thru design changes
He will incorporate x-carline experience and reflect in design solutions, and he will transfer lessons learned on current products to forward models.

Requirements:

Automotive or Electrical engineering degree;
Good written and oral English language skills;
Well-experienced in MS office tools Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
Good communication and organizational skills – leading cross-functional teams;Preferables:
Knowledge of Battery Electric vehicles / High Voltage Systems
Driving license B category
