Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maître d’, Head Waiter, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Wide knowledge of food and wines
• A passion for fine cuisine and exceptional service
• Fluent in English and Romanian (other languages are a plus)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
• Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house, including managing ︁︈​︂︂︅​︁︉︅​︁︅︃reservations, seating, customer inquiries
• Serve food and beverages following the spirit of Season
• Lead and train the front-of-house team, ensuring top-tier service and communication
• Maintain a smooth and efficient dining experience, anticipating guests’ needs
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to deliver seamless service
• Handle guest’s feedback and resolve issues promptly and diplomatically
• Uphold and promote Season’s high standards of excellence
