You will bring:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, project management, business administration or equivalent professional experience.
Analytical and financial skills
Multi task ability, involvement in many projects simultaneously
SAP, MS Project, MySQL, Access, Excel, VBA knowledge is a plus
Business oriented
Previous project/site/expense controlling experience is a plus;

What You Will Do:

Co-pilot to the CFO to ensure focus on the achievement of the financial goals of the project. Provides all required financial information about the project.
Support Project Management, control the monthly margin realization, support project planning, and ensure that Metaminds accounting guidelines are respected.
Early assessment and measuring of financial impact of risks and opportunities with regular follow-ups on action plans. Proactively follow and challenge the project cash flow and gross margin.
Secure proper input for setup of Fulfilment Assignments, create OEF (One Entry Form) and obtain correct approvals (Partners, Contracts, SO, PO,BOM)
Verify and Register Customer SOs , Suppliers PO in SAP One
Maintain Revenue and Billing Milestones in SAP ONE
Maintain Budget & Planned Cost in SAP ONE
Perform customer invoicing (including cancellation invoices, debit & credit notes), E-factura
Recognize revenue in SAP ONE according to defined Proof of Delivery
Maintenance and update of SAP objects to fulfil project scope and business continuity requirements
Review and analysis of variances between Budget, Forecast and Actual figures and comment on them in monthly reporting – especially Sales POC, Margin and Free Cash Flow, Risk & Opportunities and Contingencies;
Monthly reporting and deviation analysis of P&L, BS and CF;
Organize the annual Transfer Pricing process
Follow up CAPEX expenditures vs. Investment Plan;
Performs month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries
Works closely with the internal & external auditors
Support for the preparation of annual Budget and Investment Plan;
Prepare and submit statutory statement
Provides guidance to other Accountants when needs
