Responsibilities:
- Providing prompt and quality customer support through various communication channels (chat, email, phone);
- Responding to customer inquiries, ︃︁︄︄︉︆︁︀︈assisting with issues related to registration, bonuses, games, and technical problems;
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring a positive customer experience;
- Handling questions related to withdrawals and account verification;
- Collaborating with other departments to quickly resolve complex customer issues;
- Providing information about new promotions, bonuses, and other casino offers;
- Maintaining customer request logs, tracking, and analyzing frequently occurring problems.
