Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service through online and phone support
• Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from ︁︈​︁︈︈​︆︈​︁︁︅different department
• Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments and request
• Inform customers about deals and promotions
