Candidatul Ideal
- With university degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics or similar;
- With knowledge and experience in marketing, sales and product management;
- With knowledge regarding the Category: distribution channels, products, margins;
- Able to plan and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines is fundamental;
- Confident, ambitious, a self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment;
- With communication, presentation and negotiation skills – proven track record of closed deals and/or partnerships;
- Highly organized, analytical, task focused;
- With creative thought process - on product, promotions, displays, deals etc.;
- Able to work across multicultural environments;
- With very good command of English;
- With advanced MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Team player with a positive and friendly attitude.
Descrierea jobului
- Category Strategy Development: Cross-functional Collaboration - work closely with other departments, such as marketing, ︁︈︂︁︆︄︂︁︂︂buying, operations, and finance, to align category initiatives with overall business goals.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze category performance metrics, including sales, margin, and inventory levels, to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assortment Planning: Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to determine the optimal product assortment for the category.
- Market Research: Conduct regular market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors.
- Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and insights to improve the shopping experience.
- Promotional Planning: Coordinate with marketing and buying teams to plan and execute promotional activities that drive category growth.
- Merchandising: Develop and execute online merchandising strategies to enhance the visibility and appeal of products on the e-commerce platform and in the app.
- Know how to interpret the datas (analyze sales reports, orders, clients’ demands and acts accordingly to meet and exceed sales targets).
- Pricing Strategy: Contribution in developing and implementing pricing strategies that align with company objectives and market conditions.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the lifecycle of products within the category, from introduction to discontinuation, ensuring optimal product performance and profitability.
