As we expand our Professional Services Team, we are seeking a Business Analyst to play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in business analysis and requirements engineering.
- Familiarity with POS and ERP systems in a retail environment.
- Proficiency with modern tools like Confluence and Jira for documentation and collaboration.
- Knowledge of cloud technology stacks and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); German skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site customer engagements.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for liaising between business and technical teams.
- Customer-centric approach, ensuring solutions align with client needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications like:
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) – demonstrates expertise in BA practices.
- PMI-PBA (Project Management Institute – Professional in Business Analysis).
- Industry-specific certifications for retail, such as those focused on POS systems.

As a Business Analyst, you will:
- Analyze and Understand: Work closely with stakeholders (store managers, sales ︃︁︄︂︅︁︁︀︃teams, and marketing) to explore current retail processes, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Define Requirements: Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements to guide the development of innovative retail software solutions.
- Document Clearly: Create detailed documentation, including requirement specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment with the delivery team.
- Prioritize Effectively: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements based on business value and impact.
- Facilitate Communication: Act as the bridge between the business and IT teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and understanding.
- Collaborate Globally: Work with international teams and clients, participating in workshops and presentations as needed.
