Brand Marketing Specialist

Eternal Beauty is looking for a marketing person that will take charge in developing Schwarzkopf Professional brand in Romania. After the induction period the position can be hybrid but will require physical presence during seminars and other events.
Developing and implementing online strategy.
Social Media promotion through posts, blogs, content generation, campaigns on.
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and possible other platforms.
Coordinating marketing activities with the other departments.
Overseeing SEO and site improvement and content generation.
Developing offline campaigns in coordination with online.
Developing and generating content for offline promotion (banners, flyers etc).
Coordinating with marketing generation for budget control and efficiencies.
In charge with developing advertising and budget control in collaboration with global team, sales promotions, PPS advertising, seminars and other events.

At least 3 years’ experience in Marketing and at least 1 year in online marketing and/or 1 year in social ︃​︁︄​︁︃︄​︁︈media.
Follow and stay up to date with the online marketing trends.
Moderating social media.
Copywriting and content generation.
SEO and Google Analytics.
Utilizing photoshop and/or other imaging editing soft wear.
Working in collaboration with sales and education teams to implement strategies.
Visiting client locations and developing common strategies for increasing their brand awareness.
Maintain contact with marketing global team for launch’s, re-launch’s and other global and regional campaigns.
