Your Profile:
Experienced management professional with 1.5 to 3 years of relevant experience;
Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks effectively;
Previous experience in multinational/international companies is a plus;
Knowledge in HR administration and work legislation is advantageous;
Proficient in English at B2 level or higher (French is a plus);
Confident user of MS Office tools;
Adaptable, proactive and solution-oriented in the face of change and challenges.

Represent the VEO Board locally, ensuring the implementation of strategic decisions, procedures and values within the Constanta branch;
︃︁︄︃︂︁︈︁︈︀Oversee HR and administrative functions for the local office, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements;
Manage relationships with local suppliers, negotiate contracts and oversee project planning to maintain site efficiency;
Drive local recruitment initiatives, organizing recruitment events and building partnerships to attract the right talent for our team;
Ensure seamless communication with all internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations;
Ensure the site’s infrastructure, technical resources and personnel align with the established budget and company standards;
Respond promptly to urgent or unexpected situations, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
