-Graduated from University
-Should have at least 3 year experience in shipping and port agency operational matters
-To have also experience in freight forwarding
-Excellent English - both verbal and written.
-High communication and negotiation skills
-Capacity to solve problems effectively, analytical thinking and decision making abilities
-Should be qualified user of MS-Office programs,
-Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record,
-No military obligation for male candidates,
-Being self-motivated and a good team player,
-Flexible for travelling

The Boarding Agent will liaise with the Port authorities, the Harbor masters, the Customs Authorities, the Coast Guard, Sanitary and ︃​︁︄︅​︁︆︄​︄︇all others related authorities for all documentary matters related to the vessels with the objective to complete the arrival and departure of the vessel without fail.
The Boarding Agent will liaise with the ship’s masters for all operational and procedural requirements coordinating between the vessel master and all third parties.
The Boarding Agent will assume all coordination between the ship operator and the Head Office.
The Boarding Agent will affect all necessary controls for the Boarding and departure of vessels.
The Boarding Agent will coordinate, effect and follow-on behalf of our agency all loading and discharge necessary within the port operations.
The Boarding Agent will coordinate the common documentation between the agencies involved.
The Boarding Agent will accomplish all customs formalities for the transit shipments in process.
The Boarding Agent will get all necessary approval for visitor to the vessel.
The Boarding Agent will accomplish all duties within the international standard set by our quality systems and will assume their developments.
The Boarding Agent will not assume acts out of company compliance and will revert any such to his superiors.

•Arranging off loading trucks and containers for materials send by land or sea to the RIG
•Logistics services for materials send from the RIG to other destination
•Providing lifting and handling equipment (crane, forklift, etc)
