Candidatul Ideal
This ideal candidate has strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. You should be adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Your main duties will include supporting the Managing Director, managing schedules and correspondence, and liaising between the company, clients, and partners. You’ll handle buyer inquiries, track project progress, and help ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role – nice to have, but not mandatory;
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
Advanced knowledge of English (both written and spoken);
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.);
Valid driver's license (category B) – nice to have, but not mandatory;
Strong communication skills;
Flexibility and attention to detail.

Key responsabilities:
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the MD, including handling and processing invoices, maintaining files, processing mail, and ︁︈︁︁︉︁︉︂︂operating office equipment (fax, copier, etc.);
Coordinating and maintaining relationships with suppliers;
Organizing and managing various protocol activities;
Generating periodic reports in excel, written in Romanian or English;
Overseeing operational activities for developed properties;
Managing sales activities for developer's apartments.
