Agent Turism - Reservations / Operations / Support / Sales

What we expect from you:
• English language (Advanced)
• Excellent organisational skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good knowledge in Outlook, Internet and Office (Word, Excel)
• Pro-active, dynamic, driven to results and with strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of Travel Software Applications: IRIX (represents an advantage)
• Experience in Customer Support and/or Online Travel Services (represents an advantage)
• Additional languages: Greek, Italian, Bulgarian, Albanian, Arabic, Spanish, French, Turkish, etc. (represent an advantage)
• Knowledge of Wholesalers & Bedbanks such as: Hotelbeds, Go Global, Hotelcon, TBO, Ratehawk, Sunhotels, Travco, Accent, etc. (represents an advantage)

Main Responsibilities:
• Monitor Hotel & Transfer bookings via our online booking system
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries either ︅︂​︁︄​︂︀︉​︁︀︀by phone or e-mail
• Handle customer support & complaints following the existing procedures
• Keep contact with our Representative Offices abroad related to daily operations
• Keep contact with our Clients (B2B Travel Agencies) in Romania and abroad related to daily operations
• Keep contact with our Suppliers (Wholesalers & Bedbanks) in Romania and abroad related to daily operations
