Administrative Assistant

• Strong academical background
• Professional Administrative experience for at least 2 years
• Strong primary accounting background in order to offer full support to the Accounts Department.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork in order to meet strict deadlines
• Good mathematical and numerical reasoning
• Good English knowledge, computer proficiency

• To provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• To drafts and to edit reports, and other documents.
• To ︁︈​︁︁︈​︁︁︉​︇︇coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering.
• To operate and to maintain office equipment, including printers, copiers
• To work with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure office equipment is in good working order
• To do primary accounting: invoice and bills records, expense account, filling car route sheets and all other specific activities in order to hand over all information to the externalized accountancy for monthly balance sheet closing;
• To offer human resources support: registration and evidence of leave requests, preparation and evidence of monthly timekeeping, preparing time-sheets
• To keep records of company car fleet and to follow up and to provide service and repair requests.
