Candidatul Ideal
For our client, a company specialized in the production of components for the aeronautical field, we are recruiting Continuous Improvement Specialist.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field;
• Proven experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities;
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across various departments;
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes ︁︈︂︂︁︅︉︁︂︁and increase efficiency;
• Identify areas for improvement through data analysis and collaboration with key stakeholders;
• Coach and mentor team members on continuous improvement methodologies;
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of improvement projects to ensure objectives are met.
